Overview of Organization (Who we are?)

WWCoF is a coalition of philanthropic foundations/NGOs working together to strengthen
bridges across the world.

We are focused on empowering human potential through education, economic
independence, and creating global settlement pathways. We develop innovative "Learn &
Earn" platforms, known as Launch Pads, which provide students with access to affordable
education and career-building opportunities in the Global West (Europe & North America).

By collaborating with partners who share our values, we help talented and hardworking
individuals attain both skill acquisition and job opportunity across various industries.

The Shams Family Foundation (SFF) of the Dallas Foundation, Himani Family Foundation, Education Focus Foundation, and AASHA Foundation are non-profit organizations founded by Pakistani Americans. These organizations focus on community welfare and services, with a primary emphasis on education and job assistance.

Kam Shams, the Lead Partner and Chairman SFF works at the epicenter of Healthcare, Information Technology and Entrepreneurship. His professional experiences include using technology to transform healthcare organizations in USA before he launched his own consulting and software firm 35 years ago, of which he is currently chairman of the board. Since then, The Shams Group has grown and served over 400 healthcare organizations across USA, Canada, Middle East and Asia with a staff of 200 people worldwide.

SFF is an empowerment organization set up as philanthropy organization under the Dallas Foundation. The focus of SFF is empowerment for University Degrees & Vocational Programs in Global West. We provide opportunities to bring students from countries/communities in crises’ to ‘countries of opportunities. We are currently in partnership with multiple foundation like Aasha, HFF, EFF, EEE in capacity building programs to offer education and job opportunities in Global West.
